odps-jdbc-3.4.3-jar-with-dependencies.jar，这个是完整的jar包 -
不要使用
odps-jdbc-3.4.3.jar，这个不是完整的，它还依赖其它jar包
解决版本冲突

如果您觉得
odps-jdbc-3.4.3-jar-with-dependencies.jar包太大，或者其依赖的jar过多可能导致版本冲突，也可以手动拷贝所有的包，步骤如下： -
新建空的maven项目，使用maven坐标
odps-jdbc和复制依赖插件maven-dependency-plugin

- 打包maven项目，可以看到target/lib目录下就是
odps-jdbc依赖的所有jar包，将这些jar全部拷贝进dbapi的lib目录，注意检查如果dbapi已有的jar，可以不拷贝进去，这样可以避免版本冲突
