MOS管选型参数：VGS(th)

VGS（th）：开启电压（阀值电压）。当外加栅极控制电压 VGS 超过 VGS（th） 时，漏区和源区的表面反型层形成了连接的沟道。应用中，常将漏极短接条件下 ID 等于 1 毫安时的栅极电压称为开启电压。此参数一般会随结温度的上升而有所降低

MOS管 一般都存在 VGS(th) 这一参数，不同厂家的MOS管，该参数也不尽相同。它一般是一个范围。为什么是一个范围呢？那是因为厂家生产的一批器件该参数不可能完全一致，存在一定的离散性。下面就来看几种不同MOS管的VGS(th)：

1、KS1206DB: 1~2.5V

说明

当你的驱动电压已经确定的时候，选择MOS管时，要着重关注此参数，比如驱动电压到电平为5V时,选择VGSth 时就要尽量选择VGSth 上限为4V以下的，倘若选择VGSth 上限为4.5V左右的MOS管，由于器件参数的离散性，厂家标称的参数VGSth上限为4.5V, 个别器件实际参数可能更高，电路可能无法正常运行。所以选型时参数要留出一定的裕量。
